Martino has worked across Canada as a foreman, gaining extensive experience in high-end residential construction. His background combines a deep technical knowledge of construction methods with a craftsman’s skillset required to deliver refined, detail-driven results.
At Marbel, Martino is the primary construction lead throughout the building phase. He oversees day-to-day site operations, maintains an organized project by coordinating tasks and trades and prioritizes quality control. He works closely with Michael to ensure that the project's schedule and details are executed as planned.
His experience in the industry allows him to quickly adapt, solve challenges as they arise, and keep projects moving forward without compromising quality. Known for his calm, solution-focused approach, Martino brings a steady and organized presence to site operations for both clients and trades.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering and brings over a decade of project management experience in multi-million-dollar ICI construction projects. His background combines large-scale project coordination with hands-on trade experience, fostering a strong appreciation for craftsmanship and detail.
At Marbel, Michael focuses primarily on project planning and client relationships. He works closely with clients during the early stages of a project to establish a clear scope, develop a budget and craft the project’s details. He works closely with Martino to ensure that the planning and vision established at the outset translates smoothly into on-site execution.
Known for his attention to detail, interest in design, and structured planning approach, Michael helps clients think through ideas, anticipate challenges, and explore value-driven options that strengthen the overall outcome of a project.
